1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the NAE website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by them.
2. Use of our services
Our services are intended for educational purposes only. You may not use them for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws when using them.
3. Your account and access
Each account is for one student. Do not share your login details. Course access lasts for the validity stated on the course page; for some courses this is until you pass the exam. We may limit the number of devices per account.
4. Recordings and study material
Lectures, books, notes and test papers are for your personal study. You may not record, download, copy, share or sell them. If we find material being shared, we may end your access without a refund.
5. Intellectual property
All content on our website and services, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and software, belongs to NAE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of it without our prior written consent.
6. Payment and refunds
You agree to pay all fees for the services you choose. All fees are non-refundable, except as described in our refund and cancellation policy.
7. Batches, schedules and syllabus
Class timings, faculty and batch dates may change for practical reasons; we will inform you in advance where possible. Course content follows the ICAI syllabus and is updated when ICAI changes it.
8. Results
We work hard to help every student prepare well, but results depend on each student’s own effort. Enrolment does not guarantee that you will pass an exam or achieve a particular rank.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAE and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because of your use of our website or services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to our website or services if you breach these terms.
12. Governing law
