How and when printed books reach you, and how online access works.

1. What we ship
Printed books are included with courses that list them, such as CA Foundation and CA Inter Advanced Accounting. Recorded lectures, live classes and mock tests are delivered online through your NAE account and are not shipped.
2. Order processing times
After an order is placed, we process it within 2 business days. Weekends and holidays may affect processing times. For orders received after 5 PM, processing begins on the next business day.
3. Where we ship
We ship within India. We do not currently ship internationally.
4. Delivery times
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping is free.
6. Tracking
Once your books are dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking link on WhatsApp and email.
7. Address and delivery problems
Please check your address and PIN code at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, re-delivery may be charged. Classroom students can choose to collect books from the academy.

9. Terms
